Returns and Refunds Policy.
To receive a full refund of the purchased price, all merchandise purchased from Russo's Guitar and Drum Center (hereafter: Russo's) must be returned in its original condition, show no visible signs of wear and tear, and be received by Russo's within fourteen (14) days of the initial date of shipment. Please be reminded that jewelry, belt buckles, snaps, zippers, etc. can easily scratch merchandise.
All returns must include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, mouthpieces, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty information, etc.). In addition, please provide a copy of the original Russo's invoice; on it, clearly indicate the reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for the safe return of all merchandise to Russo's. In addition, customers who received free shipping of merchandise shall be refunded the total purchase price, less the cost incurred by Russo's to initially ship the merchandise to the customer.
Use of a "trackable" and "insurable" shipping service (e.g. FedEx or UPS) for all merchandise being returned to Russo's is strongly encouraged. Russo's is NOT responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during the return process. Merchandise being returned to Russo's for reason(s) other than defects or damage, the customer shall be refunded the total purchase amount, less the cost of shipping the merchandise to the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for merchandise returns to be processed. Merchandise purchased using a credit card will receive credit back on that credit card.
Russo's does NOT offer returns or refunds for merchandise that has been marked "special" or for any "sale" priced merchandize that were sold at a price below Russo's regular selling price. Please note that all sales are FINAL on all "one-of-a-kind", "scratch-and-dent", “sealed” or "previously-owned" or "used" merchandise.
All manufactures warranties apply to all merchandise, less "pre-owned" or "used" merchandise.
