- FREE Shipping on most orders over $99.00 (excludes oversized or overweight items, such as: P.A. Equipment, Speaker Cabinets, Etc.).
- Customers are responsible for shipping on all returned merchandise.
- All orders placed within the 48 contiguous States, unless otherwise noted, shall shipped via UPS Ground.
- All Fender, Squier, Gretsch, Jackson and SWR merchandise is ONLY available for purchase within the United States.
- Orders placed by no later than 2pm (CST) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- All items purchased are professionally packed and insured against breakage during the shipping process.
- Orders shipped within the State of Nebraska shall be charged 7% sales tax.
